  This place has turned into a terrible place to take your children. I called them today and held for 20 minutes while I drove there. Got there and there wasn't a SINGLE person there.. My son's lip is a little bloody (nothing crazy) and I just wanted to make sure he didn't need special care. They just basically told me to leave. I actually used to brag on this place, but Its now turned into a Trashy, unprofessional office. I also was told that they don't have an office manager, so maybe that's the reason for the problems. After 8 years we will be leaving asap. Don't bother calling to complain, they will send you to some voicemail box that I'm sure goes right into a trash bin.

  Front desk, medical assistants and Dr's are not friendly. Since Dr. Kinloch left, this place has gone down hill. Kinloch was the best and is now located in Fort Worth, Tx. (Cook Children's)

  They never have appoints available, front desk is rude, never pick up there phones or call you back. The doctors are good that's about it used them because I was new to cedar hill but I've only been able to get my children seen 1 a year other then that the ER. Don't go use them ass your children's doctor.
